To much clorine in the pool

That there was food/drink available at all times. I was attending a class at your location and really enjoyed the popcorn at our breaks and the light meal in the evening. Great job!

The breakfast could have more variety, slice fresh fruit for example and more gluten free products. The meeting room was a little warm.

When power went out there was no light in the hallways. Pool needed to be cleaned

Rudeness of staff on Sunday morning at breakfast. People were still trying to get breakfast and they were taking everything away. They hadn't refilled anything at 9:30 that was empty like the syrup and milk.

The people are super friendly and I love the food/drinks that are provided in evening. It made my stay very relaxing.

Everything from the moment I walked in was wonderful. From the front desk, to the evening snacks, the room, and the breakfast wre just tremendous.

Had a great two-night stay! The newly refurbished room was lovely, with an amazing shower. Especially during the evening happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks. The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing, and the breakfast was quite satisfying as well.

The free happy hour but a few more choices of mixed drinks would be good

They couldn't change my Form of payment. I booked with credit card but wanted to pay part with cash when I got there. They said they. Oil and change form of payment since I went thru Booked.net

I had a wonderful experience staying here with its friendly, professional staff and my clean, newly remodeled room but the check-in process could use improvement since I faced delays when I arrived late at night.

Loved the room, and the free food and 3 free drinks after the drive was a nice way to start the relaxing process. The staff was great!

Breakfast was great. Desk clerk did an excellent job of providing directions over the phone at night. I checked in late and he provided a list of people that delivered.

My stay was good! The complimentary evening snack bar was unexpected and packed with great options. The mattress was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, setting the tone for the day.
